Máy photocopy Ricoh MP 4002 hoặc 5002 hiển thị mã SC120 khi hệ thống scanner không tìm thấy vị trí ban đầu (home position) trong quá trình khởi động hoặc đang sao chép. Có nghĩa là cảm biến vị trí cụm quét (scanner) không có báo tín hiệu “tắt ” như mong đợi.

Nguyên nhân có thể:

• Cụm SIB hoặc mô-tơ điều khiển scanner bị lỗi.
• Động cơ quét (scanner motor) hư hỏng, không hoạt động.
• Cáp nối giữa SIB và mô-tơ scanner bị lỏng, đứt hoặc tiếp xúc kém.
• Nguồn cấp cho mô-tơ scanner không ổn định hoặc ngắt kết nối.
• Cảm biến vị trí home của scanner (HP sensor) bị hỏng.
• Cáp tín hiệu từ SIB đến cảm biến home bị đứt hoặc gãy.
• Dây cáp kéo, dây curoa (timing belt), puly hoặc cụm carriage bị kẹt, sai vị trí hoặc hỏng cơ khí.

Hướng xử lý đề xuất:

1. Kiểm tra xem cụm quét có di chuyển tự do khi bật máy hay không.
2. Làm sạch cảm biến home và khu vực xung quanh bằng vải mềm, tránh bụi bẩn.
3. Kiểm tra dây curoa và mô-tơ scanner, thay thế nếu có dấu hiệu hư.
4. Đảm bảo cáp kết nối từ SIB đến mô-tơ và cảm biến được cắm chắc chắn.
