1. SC272-01 là lỗi gì?
SC272-01 là lỗi liên quan đến giao tiếp giữa bộ điều khiển LD Driver và hệ thống điều khiển chính. Lỗi xuất hiện khi máy đọc và ghi cùng một thông số trong bộ đăng ký (register) nhưng giá trị trả về lại không khớp. Nếu máy gặp lỗi parity trong giao tiếp 3 lần liên tiếp lúc khởi động, mã SC sẽ được kích hoạt.
2. Nguyên nhân khả dĩ
- CPU trên board điều khiển gặp lỗi khiến việc trao đổi dữ liệu không chính xác.
- IPU board hoạt động sai, không phản hồi đúng dữ liệu gửi/nhận.
- BCU (Base Control Unit) bị lỗi phần cứng hoặc mất ổn định.
- Dây dẫn/harness giữa các bo mạch hoặc giữa IPU – laser bị đứt, lỏng, hoặc nhiễu tín hiệu.
3. Giải pháp xử lý lỗi
- Tắt nguồn hoàn toàn, chờ 10–20 giây và bật lại để hệ thống reset các mạch giao tiếp.
- Thay cụm laser (laser unit) nếu lỗi đến từ LD Driver hoặc diode laser không phản hồi đúng.
- Rút kiểm tra toàn bộ harness liên quan; nếu thấy gãy, oxy hóa hoặc tiếp xúc kém cần thay mới.
- Nếu đường xử lý tín hiệu bị lỗi → thay IPU board để khôi phục khả năng giao tiếp dữ liệu.

1. What is SC272-01?
SC272-01 indicates a communication failure between the LD Driver and the main control system. The error occurs when the machine writes and then reads the same register value during startup, but the values do not match. If communication parity fails three consecutive times, the machine triggers this service code.
2. Possible Causes
- Malfunctioning CPU causing incorrect or unstable data communication.
- Faulty IPU board that cannot correctly send or receive laser-related data.
- Defective BCU (Base Control Unit) leading to communication instability.
- Damaged, loose, or noise-affected harness between the control boards or between the IPU and laser unit.
3. Recommended Troubleshooting
- Turn the machine OFF, wait several seconds, and turn it ON to reinitialize the communication lines.
- Replace the laser unit if the LD Driver is determined to be the source of the communication fault.
- Inspect all related harnesses and replace any that show physical damage or poor connection.
- If the signal-processing path is defective → replace the IPU board.
