Mã lỗi: SC571-00 – Lỗi ngắt kết nối cảm biến nhiệt lô ép (đầu ra)

Mô tả:
Máy photocopy Ricoh MP 2555, 3055, 4055, 5055, 6055 sẽ hiển thị mã lỗi SC571-00 khi cảm biến nhiệt của lô ép (ở đầu ra) phát hiện nhiệt độ thấp hơn mức quy định trong một khoảng thời gian liên tục. Cụ thể, nếu cảm biến ghi nhận giá trị thấp hơn ngưỡng cho phép trong 100 mili giây và lặp lại ít nhất 10 lần, hệ thống sẽ tự động ngắt để bảo vệ cụm sấy.

Nguyên nhân có thể:

• Dây dẫn (harness) bị đứt hoặc lỏng.
• Cáp kết nối giữa cụm sấy và BCU bị ngắt.
• Cảm biến nhiệt lô ép (đầu ra) bị hư.
• BCU (Board điều khiển) lỗi hoặc không nhận tín hiệu từ cụm sấy.

Hướng xử lý:

1. Kiểm tra và cắm lại các đầu nối giữa cụm sấy và BCU.
2. Thay thế cảm biến nhiệt lô ép (end) nếu bị hỏng.
3. Thay dây dẫn nối giữa cụm sấy và BCU nếu có dấu hiệu đứt hoặc chập.
4. Trong trường hợp lỗi vẫn còn, tiến hành thay thế BCU.

Lưu ý:
Sau khi khắc phục, hãy tắt nguồn máy, chờ vài phút rồi bật lại để kiểm tra. Không nên để máy hoạt động trong tình trạng nhiệt độ bất thường, tránh làm hư hỏng thêm cụm sấy hoặc bảng mạch.

Error Code: SC571-00 – Pressure Roller Thermistor (End) Disconnection

Description:
This error appears on Ricoh MP 2555, 3055, 4055, 5055, and 6055 when the pressure roller thermistor (end) detects a temperature lower than the specified threshold for a continuous period. Specifically, if this condition persists for 100 milliseconds or more, and occurs at least 10 times, the machine will trigger SC571-00 to protect the fusing unit.

Possible Causes:

• Broken or loose harness.
• Disconnected cable between the fusing unit and the BCU.
• Defective pressure roller thermistor (end).
• Faulty BCU (controller board).

Recommended Solutions:

1. Reconnect all harnesses between the fusing unit and BCU.
2. Replace the pressure roller thermistor (end) if damaged.
3. Replace the harness if continuity is lost.
4. Replace the BCU if the issue persists.

Note:
After performing repairs, power off the machine for a few minutes, then restart it. Do not continue operating the copier with temperature errors, as this can damage the fusing unit or control board.
