Mã SC230-00 xuất hiện khi máy photocopy không nhận được tín hiệu FGATE trong khoảng thời gian yêu cầu ngay sau khi hệ thống bắt đầu quá trình ghi ảnh (writing). Điều này cho thấy chu trình điều khiển laser hoặc mạch xử lý bị gián đoạn.

Nguyên nhân có thể xảy ra

Bộ phận GAVD hoạt động sai hoặc bị hỏng.
Chip xử lý hình ảnh (Image Processing ASIC) gặp lỗi.
Bo điều khiển (BCU) hoặc main controller đấu nối không đúng, tiếp xúc kém hoặc đã hỏng.
Dây kết nối giữa BCU và LDB (Laser Diode Board) bị đứt, lỗi tín hiệu hoặc oxy hóa.

Cách xử lý khuyến nghị

Tắt máy hoàn toàn, đợi 10–15 giây rồi bật lại để thiết bị khởi động lại hệ thống điều khiển.
Kiểm tra và thay mới dây cáp kết nối giữa IPU và cụm laser nếu dây có dấu hiệu hỏng, gãy hoặc lỏng chân.
Thay IPU board trong trường hợp bo xử lý tín hiệu ảnh bị lỗi.
Nếu vấn đề vẫn tồn tại, cần thay board điều khiển (controller board) để đảm bảo hệ thống laser hoạt động bình thường.

Recommended Troubleshooting

Power the machine OFF, wait several seconds, and turn it ON again to reinitialize the control system.
Inspect and replace the harness between the IPU and the laser unit if there is any sign of damage or unstable connection.
Replace the IPU board if the image-processing path is confirmed to be faulty.
If the error persists, replace the controller board to restore proper laser operation.
